Our approach is trauma-informed and based on an integration of psychodynamic theory and more cognitive approaches, where it's possible to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns, regulate emotions and learn to relate to others in a healthy way. We explore the connection between mind and body; the physiological expression of psychological stress and trauma (seems obvious, but we pay it little attention). And together, we create a ‘toolkit’ to help you navigate the twists and turns of life.
